"What are the total costs involved with a PCT (foreign) Application?"

A PCT Patent Application can be filed after we file your non-provisional utility patent application. Here's the breakdown:

Our Fee:

$900

PTO Filing Fee:
~$2,500
Drawings (if any):
~$300
Total to PCT Patent Pending:
~$3,400 - $3,700

Once the PCT application is filed, you have an additional 18 months (or a total of 30 months from your earliest US filing date) to file in each country. You should budget between $4,000 and $5,000 for each country, with the exception being Europe at $9,000 (and that's just to get started... total costs in Europe for all countries can get close to $50,000).
